hang hang I must say it runs like a dream and have not even OC yet ? Had ram issue on my one module. But will it get sorted soon. Are you planing to OC ?

yeah, i've been reading some stuff on removing the IHS on the ivy bridge chips. it seems that intel made a mistake by using cheap thermal compound and it results overheat issues when overclocking. i might remove the IHS and OC my rig. what ram issue you are having?

I am running Corsair Vengeance 4G X 4 Modules. No issues with them. I ran the Asus automated OC running at 4.1 Gig pretty fine with the SSD. I also used other compound and have no Temp issues after long gaming and downloading AND DECODING dvd running at 39 deg Celsius.

nice dude, my rig is solid too. i think 3570k goes very well with z77 v - pro.
