580 1.5 SLI not working as should for BF3

Hey guys, here's my specs first of all:

Motherboard - ASUS P9x79 Deluxe
RAM - x4 4gb sticks (Dual channel, being used as Quad)
CPU - Intell Core i7 3930K 3.3 (3.8)
Video Graphics 3-way SLI GTX 580 1.5gb
PSU - OCZ (Gold) 1250W
HDD - Internal (640gb, 1tb) (External) 1tb
Case - CoolerMaster HAF-X
Fans - 2x 240mm, 2x 200mm, 2x 140mm,
(CPU Cooler - Antec Kuhler h2o 620)
2560x1440 60Hz monitor

Now, all my other games (so far as I tested) are doing great always very very high fps, but on BF3....It's...Killing me it doesn't stay at a nice 60fps, I even get it to 30's alot sometimes. I'm pulling my hair here at this issue.
Settings are fully maxed out but I turn motion blur off >.< (Hate it)

I would love some help.

I mean 3 GTX 580's not getting it's full 60fps on BF3....THIS IS MADNESS mad.gif

update the bios on your MB stat! use EZ flash and get the latest file from ASUS.com fixed a similar problem with my 1.5 580 sli problem. Also (as Im sure you do) download the latest NVIDA beta drivers (if stable). let me know if this works.

ALSO your Resolution is kinda high for max setting wifor two 1.5 580s. what setting are your running at?

? Crazy, my minimums are around 55 so something is wrong... but i'm at 1080p...
Try enabling two cards...

Also did you check EVGA Precision or MSI Afterburner for GPU usage?

This.

1.5GB won't max 2560x1440

You're hitting a VRAM wall. 3 GTX 580 3GBs would annihilate any game out there.

I think you may need more vram, you only have 1.5gb. I have read that for higher than 1080P you need at least 3gb and even 4gb for those resoutions. So that might be your issue.

I am currently gaming at 1920x1080 with SLI GTX 580's and FPS are a constant 60fps.

I had the same 580 SLI setup and I was a constant 60 fps on everything (except certain parts of skyrim) damn 1080 led tvs wont let you display any higher refresh rate for computer usage.

Spacegoast, White Fire, I was afraid of that reply :'[
Damnit man, I had a 3gb card at first then I thought ahh I'm going to save some money and instead of getting 3x 3gb cards I'll get 1.5 nothing will happen right? Ha.. :'[

Chris - good you ask that, I'm going to run BF3 for a few minutes and then alt-tab and show you guys a screenshot of the GPU usage for GPU 1, 2, 3.

shipleytx817 - I have the latest drivers from Nvidia (I even have the latest to today's date for the BETA) I switched back and forth from the newest offical and beta drivers a few times already (but I did a "clean install" each time) and also I'm sure I have the newest drivers for my mobo (I used AI suite to install latest stuff)

Yes my monitor is one tough puppy :'[
I'm about to go back to 1x gt580 3gb on my old 1920x1200 monitor.....yeah right lol I really want to fix this.

I'll be back with some sreenshots for the usage on my Gpu's

Really? I thought if you had a 120Hz TV it would go to that limit?
I never tried running my system (well THIS system on a 120hz TV)

Typical TV 60hz input only...
The TV processes 120hz with a frame-interpolation engine...

So the computer still only give the TV 60 FPS and the TV adds frames inbetween to make 120hz, which can add artifacts and input lag; and therefore, not true 120hz...

The real 120hz monitors require a Dual Link DVI input for 1080p resolutions as the bandwidth is so great... I also hear that displayport and hdmi 1.4 can handle it, but have not yet heard any updates on them...
