Since a gtx 580 is a bit less powerful than a gtx 680, I would assume even SLI gtx 580's wouldn't be able to achieve a minimum of 60fps maxed out @ 2560x1440. The msaa just kills every gpu. Just use FXAA or none and you will be fine.

Is that Dual or tripple SLI though?

Now on TOP of the frame issue my video is crashing, every ....maybe 30 minutes if I'm in a tough to run game (BF3, Crysis, etc) it just crashes and never shows me anything - my monitor just sleeps and I have to restart off my Mobo.

Heck how much are 3 680's right now? 500 bucks?

I'm about to return my 580's ;___; my monitor is one demanding mofo

When do the 4gig 680s get released? I saw that planar or something like that had released one already but I want a evga card. TWO of those would fix any lag problems for sure let alone 3. The crashing for sure sounds video lately. You need to get the OSD working and see what you temps and gpu loads are in game. Laso as always try each card individually and with different sli configs as well as switching around the cards. EVGA precision does display gpu usage for all cards as well as vram and temps, I use it alot. If the crashing started after installing precision I would definitely uninstall it as I think it may have given me some crashing problems in the past on previous versions tho the one I am using now is running just fine.

Going to scatch up a few more bucks and get 680's cause I've been wanting them since release.
