Best CPU cooler for under 30 bucks?

Thread Starter
So I have a pretty tight budget and can only spend ~30 bucks for a CPU cooler. I am running a i5-2500k and I want to be able to get the most out of it that I can with a $30 cooler. I have read about the 212+ and EVO, but really haven't seen much about other coolers. I read the thread on Enermax ETS t-40 and thought that surely there are more than 2-3 coolers that are good for this price range. If there is an air cooler that is significantly better and give a better performance to dollar ratio than the 30 dollar ones I might be able to stretch my budget a bit.
Thanks!

Full specs:

I already know about the 212+ as that seems to be the only thing recommended, but I wanted to know all of my options.

best thing to do is look for sales like Pontiacgtx pointed out there. you could also look in ocn used section. other than that...you might have to stretch your budget out a bit.

The corsair is nice, the hyper 212 evo is nice, and the hyper n-520 is a good option for 92mm fans and keeps up admirably with both of the other coolers suggested.

I'd go with the corsair though.
