You're in Canada and this is taxless- this is a GOOD deal. Talk him down to 1300 or so because it's used parts and the 2600K is an aging processor (it's sooooo old, I hope you're getting my sarcasm) and the GTX 560 1GB is merely OK and you've got an amazing deal. I would still take it at 1400 though.
