CM GeminII S524 or Corsair H50 for HTPC Cooling

Looking to cool my i7-920 HTPC, for under $50. The case is CM Elite 360. CM GeminII S524 and Corsair H50 are the two i found so far that will fit just enough in the case, but i don't have experience with either. any recommendation?

Did a review of the Enermax ETD-T60-TB if you'd like to see it: http://www.overclock.net/products/enermax-etd-t60-t-b-silence/reviews/4946

Using it in my mATX sig rig, I bought it for ~$40 off of Newegg, not sure what the price is now. Chose it over the S524 because some benchmarks showed it had better CFM and lower noise.

I should note that the one RAM slot closest to the CPU may be blocked by the heatpipes of the ETD-T60-TB!

either would be fine. the gemin11 would also cool motherboard components although that is less of an issue with Intel rigs vs Amd ones. the h50 is an all enclosed water cooler which some people have worries about using longterm.

I'll check it out, seems like it around $43 on newegg now a days.

I'll take a look at some of them, the Noctua looks like it would work better. Isn't the H50 and 620 about the same temp wise.

I had the gemin11 for a few days and it was around 35-41C at stock speeds on low rpm.

The C14 might be a tight fit if it even fits and a little over my $50 budget, what about the Noctua NH-L12? How does it compare to the Antec 620, the 620 is a few dollars cheaper.

EDIT: The only reason i considered a H50 was because i can get one for near nothing.
