Like I said I really hope they touch on the Pacific front sooner or later. That would be a real challenge. We would get to see gorgeous island maps, more guerrilla-style tactics with the Japanese, and I think it would be interesting to see how US Armor would be used in the jungle-like terrain of the Far East islands that those battles were waged on. Naval warfare could be introduced as well. There's a lot of potential in the Pacific front, and so far Call of Duty: World at War is really the only game that even touched on it.

Plus... I want an excuse to add an atom bomb into the game. The Germans have the V1... the Americans could have Fatman.

It would definitely be hard to keep it a CoH style game if it was on the pacific theatre. Modern day is over done. I was hoping for either the Russian front or Korea.

Indeed though who knows if CoH really sales and THQ can get back on it's feet we might see some of CoH. I had been expecting the russian front for some time and it never came. Though there is the eastern front mod, its ok i really don't ever play as the russians on it. It will be interesting to see how THQ implements the russians in CoH 2 versus what the modders did with eastern front.

Oh yea Brits were the most unbalanced faction but after last patch balance seems very solid keeping in mind how different all the factions are.
There is only one thing that bugs me on this patch in terms of balance , snipers , this is most abused unit on 2.602 and American snipers on vet 3 become little monsters.
I sure hope CoH 2 will have some anti cheat protection , maybe Steam VAC ? , rampant maphackers are ruining CoH atm .
Normally when someone cries hacker , especially in games like BF3 i take it with a dose of reserve because people like to cry and 90% of those accusations are just witch hunt.
Sadly in CoH this problem has grown to humongous size , every other person seems to use it , thy're not even trying to hide it anymore , CoH 2 definitely needs anti cheat to stop people like that.
