Nvidia 560-Ti SLI Load problem

Specs: (gaming build)
AMD FX-4170
Sabertooth 990FX
8GB Kingston HyperX T1 Black Series (KHX1866C9D3T1BK2/8GX) @ 1600mhz 9-9-9-27-1T
2x MSI N560GTX-TI Twin Frozr II/OC GeForce GTX 560 Ti
KINGWIN LZP-650 650W

I haven't done any overclocking to the system yet, as I built it last night and am still working on getting everything to work at base.

The issue I'm having is with the load balancing between the cards, I have SLI turned on via the Nividia control panel, however when I benchmark (MSI Kombustor) I end up with GPU1 at 99% load and GPU2 at 0% load. GPU-Z has both the cards running at their rated specs...so I'm brand new to SLI and could use some help, I'm still wiping my old HHD (storage) so I don't have any of my games installed to test, however I'm putting Dragon Age II on my SSD temporarily to see if SLI is kicking in game.

I've tried both the current stable driver version 296.10 and Beta drivers 301.24 with no change in the problem. So far I've had no crashing/blue screens as well.

Like I said, I'm noob to the SLI scene, so let me know if you need anything else so that you can help me with the issue.

Thanks in advance.

What are you using to verify the load on the card?

I'd recommend Afterburner to measure the load twice and see if there's a software glitch.
I used to have SLI GTX460's and in benchmarks GPU0 was often at 99% whilst GPU1 was at like 50% load.
but when I played a game it evened up..

Thanks for the reply, I just got DA2 installed and ran, (I was using afterburner onscreen display to test the loads cause the Nvidia one wasn't working in game for some reason.

Same story GPU1 80-99% load and GPU2 0% load

Okay after a 4th driver reinstall it started working for some reason, Just reinstalled the beta drivers and now its load balancing perfectly in DA2...so I'm going to assume that it's solved, and thanks for the help (sorry) for the false alarm....
