RAM: 256*2 Nanya
CPU: 3000+ AM2 1.8GHz
PSU: 305W
cool: HSF origin
HDD SATA2 Segate

When OC 310*9 http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=127005 OK
330*9 error
330*4 OK
340*4 ok.
350*4 error
>> What's Problem my computer. I want more speeds core.
help me...!

Are you reducing the RAMs multiplyer to 3?

Your memory is being adjusted with your FSB you are setting for your cpu. You likely need to put in a divider to adjust for that higher FSB and clock speeds you desire with your cpu. 350x9 and 330x9 might be too much for your cpu too, at 310x9 you have an outstanding overclock. Check out the Ultimate Overclocking Guide in one of the stickied threads above for more advice.

Most problems of this nature is memory related. Then your Powersupply is a 305 watt?? That ain't gonna cut it.
I suggest getting a top quality PS with no less than 24amper rating on the
12v rail.
