Yeah the build has to be exclusive to OCN.net
It's one of those rules that serves it's purpose even if it's irritating sometimes. Same thing with sponsored builds, you can't have a sponsored build in the Mod of the month contest here on OCN. (there is another contest for sponsored from what i've heard) Other sites carry similar rules on build contest.
