Clearing the BIOS sucks ...
Consider this near fail safe switch that you could wire to the 3 pins.

Since you seem to be having issues w/ your current BIOS, perhpas a re-flash is in order. You may want to take the opportunity to download and use the newest version for your MoBo, just make sure you have a copy of the original (s/b on the install CD). No offense if you know all of the above.

The SLI-Ready memory is in the same screen where the option to turn Cool' N Quiet is. You do not want to activate it anyway if you are oc'ing. It will "auto" overclock your system (useless), and mess up any oc your tryin to do.

judge, i saw were its ment to be in the manual, i went to that screen and it simply wasnt there so yeh
