Auto cad build

Hey my friend is looking for a build for $600 for auto cad and " the option to play video games". His budget is $600. No, he is not ocing. I was thinking the Ivy bridge i5 that doesn't oc personally. But any recommendations would help. Thanks.

Also keep in mind its just a little bit of cad for school not a fully dedicated machine to it so I doubt he needs an i7.
