Does anybody here have ANY luck at all with RMA'ing with these asshats?
I've personally put in about 20 tickets to get my x-raider RMA'd (it was DOA and I found out after the 7 day return thing where I bought it a year or so ago)

Does anybody know their contact phone number? Or anything?

I've search all over Google, and absolutely nothing has come of it... I tell you this is the last time I buy from these guys again...

Thanks, I'll try that number tomorrow. Actually I just tried the number to see if I'd even get a voice mail or something for them, and it turns out the number doesn't exist, there is a number for some company like 'sand mat tail electronics'... lol...

Tried that number, it actually connects to them, but it's just a voice mail, and if you want to leave a fax its the same extension...1

I never had any problems with auzentech RMA when my forte crapped out. They even send me a free HT 1.3 card because I had to wait 2 weeks before they got in a replacement. In my experience, they were great and it was super easy.
