As much as I dislike CoD futuristic games interest me alot and they make nice changes from the present day stuff thats done over and over and over. BF2142 was so under appreciated. Probably the most balanced Battlefield game ever made but people saw lasers, rolled their eyes and went back to the same old thing

Truthfully i wasnt going to get Black Ops 2... But I gotta admit, They did get me curious

The branching story/multiple paths/optional single player missions aspect has me interested.. So I guess I'm going to be getting it after all

This series just gets worse over time. No improvements will be made to multiplayer as long as it keeps outselling the previous year's title.

And honestly it is no surprise they are already outselling MW3. XBOX just had their biggest year yet last year. So with more owner's comes more title purchases and none is as big as COD.

Quite frankly I am tired of COD. I have played all of them since COD 1. Online since COD 4 (The GOAT).

Console players are typically causal gamers and even at that most players will never truly play the game long or often enough to see the problems in multiplayer. So nothing will get fixed. Take into account as soon as they launch a title development begins on the next. Patching a game requires a significant amount of time and money and the with the next title selling more than the previous support is almost immediately dropped upon the next respective launch. Try playing a match on XBOX on COD4, WAW, or MW2. You can't. All you see is "Infection."

COD 4 will always be my personal favorite. It was the first. The community began and was outstanding. Now it's just... pathetic.

I clocked so much time on COD MW1/WAW/MW2 that I am ashamed to speak of it.
