Is it okay to mount 1 fan + H80 outside my case, and 1 fan on inside my case (rear).

Any worry for dust or something?

(havn't actually gotten it yet, not sure if the tubes will be long enough to reach there)

If it's not an intake fan, then there's no dust. If it's an intake then you have to get a dust filter or clean out you case depending on how dirty your room is. Also, how do you mount it on the outside of your case?

it won't make any difference bro, it doesn't matter whether it's inside or outside.

Air will be flowing through radiator NET OUT of the case with push/pull. I meant putting the Radiator outside.

I just don't want the bulky dual fan+radiator taking up so much room inside my case, blocks the view from my nice Sabertooth z77

Just be careful if when you plug in USBs or anything! I had this setup for a while and everytime I would reach around the back of my PC I would end up getting a finger caught in the fan frown.gif Then I just moved it to the 5.25" bays.

just get a fan grill or filter

I don't see how you are going to get the tubes through to the back side though, unless you drained the system, unglugged the cables, and refilled it once the radiator was on the other side.

No worries at all , aslong as u mount it properly ..

Set it up as exhaust , should see minimal dust .. u will have to clean the rad every few months .

and as stated , how are u going to get it outside ? and the tubes inside with no cut outs .. you will have to pull apart the cooler to do so

you should of just bought an rs240 kit , would of worked out much better for you .

doh, didn't realize. I'll have to deattach and reattach the tubes from the radiator if I want to put it on the outside. Is that even possible ?

**edit** didn't read the last 2 posts. guess it's too much trouble

People have done it, but it is hard because there isn't really a resorvior, and you would need to get alligator clamps for the fittings and tubes. Your warranty is also voided so if it leaks all over your computer and kills all your parts you won't be covered. There is also the issue of if you ever want to remove it for some reason. You then have to drain the whole thing again.
