Keyboard Unresponsive Until Windows

Is there a BIOS option to turn off the USB port or something during Windows boot? You know when you are overclocking, it BSOD's, and then you have to select repair Windows or launch Windows normally or something to that avail? On that screen, the keyboard doesn't work. It will work pre and post that screen though. What gives?

Check for something about BIOS USB or Legacy USB in a Peripherals or Chipset section.

In the USB Configuration menu, I have Legacy USB Support, Intel xHCI, and EHCI Hand-off. Is it just Legacy? What do the other two do?

I got it. It was the Legacy setting.
