You might want to consider "sitting" on an OC for a few days. Maybe leave it where it is, run x2 Prime95, play games, watch a DVD, do some burning and surf the net (not all at once necessarily). This subjects your system to the full gamut of events it will encounter and the varying ambient temps throughout the day. As it is your Summer down below, take into consideration the heat (you have A/C?).

Yes...if you want to maximize your OC.

Start at 1.45 vCore and raise your FSB until you cant post any longer then drop your FSB donw by 5 clicks and post back with how high you were able to go. We will need to watch your cooling since you are using air so be sure to download TAT and keep an eye on your temps. Try and go no higher than 65c during this first trial...
