No it would not. That is more down to skill than anything as long as your mouse and frame rate aren't failing you.

And yes, a lot of competitive gamers are still using CRT's and super-low-resolutions to play FPS games. thumb.gif

CRTs and the refresh rates they offer are one reason for some that have that possibility.

There's also reasons such as resolution affecting mouse behavior, resolution affecting game behavior, being accustomed to the visual look of 640x480, HUD having awkward scaling on larger resolutions, and others. The people who are affected by these are mostly the old school quake/unreal/tribes/counter strike crowd.
