If true, this is going to flop, bigtime. This scream's WoW imitation all over - third person view, cartoonish, simplified graphics (to run on most systems) point-and click gameplay that has less emphasis on skill. Ya'know, i'm quite fond of having to rely on my aiming abilities to actually make arrows hit, not some mathmatical equation.
Basically, this MMO is everything TES has never been.Turning TES into an MMO is a big mistake.
That trailer leaves much to be desired too. I'm now convinced this will fail.
"The MMO genre needs another failure" indeed (Top rated comment on YT)

Lol, i can see it now. Go to any major city in the game and find bots spamming messages like:
"Get free gold and hax here visit www.haxngoldnstuff.org
"Buy ur weapons n armor @ www.virusinfestedsite.net
And who can wait to play with people named "Teabaggin's" or "roflcopterhaxxors". Yup, this is going to be great fun.
There's nothing appealing or immersive about MMO's. If multiplayer was ever on the agenda, they should simply make Skyrim support 1-4 players over LAN or Internet. So friends can join other peoples "worlds" or "Saves" and help them like a NPC follower would - Actually, that would be pretty cool.Edited by Thingamajig - 5/4/12 at 10:51am
