The fan grill has some quality issues. About 4 of the M3 threaded holes for the screws are slightly larger (among these that are supposed to hold the M3's) and fail to hold M3 threaded screw fixed. I guess I should contact Aquatuning about this issue and see how they would prefer to handle the warranty.

The radiator for my Hyundai isn't nearly that big. What in world do you need to cool inside your computer tower on a greater degree than a gasoline engine? Is it a small nuclear reactor?
I love this site and it's overkill

Hehe. Thanx. It will be used to cool my first casemod http://www.overclock.net/t/1262095/soliton-dispenser-an-atx-portable-watercooled-case-with-external-9x120mm-rad
As far as overkill goes then yeah, it is, however, it's kinda "budget" overkill as its the best surface area per dollar/euro I'm aware of currently on market as this rad costs approx 90 euros / 125$. For the price you get perhaps cheaper end 360 + 240 mm and plenty of people have that. Once I figured out that I will probably need to mount externally anyway I decided to keep it simple and use just one rad.
The hardware cooled will not be particularly taxing, CPU, couple of GPU's. Although I'm not going to use pure distilled but antifreeze instead which will cost me some performance. Pumps will be also a bit weaker side so this overkill large rad will help to compensate in this regard.

Psst. Have you thought about spraying some 3m glue on the grill, then stretching some acoustic fabric over it, ala speaker grill? It'll be transparent to airflow and look great imo.

I have not considered it but it would work against dust equally well or even better than this wire mesh, however, in my particular case the main reason for these filters is to keep pets and kids out of the spinning fans as well as to provide some protection to the radiator (and fans) during the transport.

A minor update. The issue was not a striped threads on fan-grill but I was using too short screws in combination of having mounted the fan grill in a bit inconvinient direction. The fangrill has small rised areas around the screw holes whichs I had mounted facing the radiator so 6 mm screws were not long enough to catch the threading properly through the fans I was using. The 8 or 10mm screws are just about right for the fans I'm using while 12mm is getting a bit uncomfortably close to the fins.
There is approx 5 mm from the bottom of the fan-grill to the fins under it.
