Your balance still says ZERO. Nothing owed.
The last invoice was dated 05/01/2012, which means it was for service provided during APRIL, billed after the use.
You are fine. That price says you only used a little bit in APRIL, which is what you stated.....

Yes like was said the billing will not actually start for 3 more days. Those are just samples so customers can gauge the cost of using their services. The reason you see a charge on 5/1 is because that is for the month of april as was stated above. So this means that if you had an instance running at all during that time (which you said you canceled in early april.... so you did have usage in april) you are going to see a number there. You can click on the date to see a more in depth breakdown of the charges. Like I said earlier their charges are based on instance usage... So if you have no instances up and running you will be fine.

Wow never knew ocn bleeped out acronyms... but once again HPCS will not charge for just an open account only actual usage so no need to fear people. If you have a paper/email trail there is no way you will be charged if they know about your problem

Deleted my last instance Friday and called to cancel. Got the e-mail today that my accounts have been cancelled. Tried to log-in to double check and my log-ins are no longer valid. Just an FYI on turnaround time once you try to cancel them.

Some of my logins don't work, some do. I would say there is a 1-10 day wait to have the account actually removed from their system.

As for closing them, opening chat and giving them the info they wanted is how I closed most of my accounts. I always did mine at work, M-F during normal business hours.
