But it isn't.
How does that explain your proclaimed 150W Average Power Consumption?
The 670 will have 7/8 SMX active, 32/32 ROPs active and 4/4 memory partitions active, and most leaks indicate a >950MHz core clock. The 670 will also be a harvested die, which usually means higher power consumption.

Now, what's your reasoning for the 670 to have 75% of the power consumption a 680 has while having 85-90% of the performance?

Same reason especially after seeing those above graphs that I think the 7950 will top out faster then the 670. If it is only beating it by 400 points in 3dmark that's not a lot of room to make up with some voltage tuning on the 7950s side.

It's mainly for the purposes of SLI. SLI GTX 580s on my 650W would be cutting it close on load, whereas the 670s will probably SLI safely.

I said 150 - 180 W.

I call fake. There is less on that PCB than a low end card from a decade ago. Also the power connectors look amazingly photoshopped.

No, I just don't get why they look photoshopped, but the way they are connected is VERY weird.

I see good point. Personally I'll be waiting for the 660ti to put in my HTPC for some comfy couch gaming. Hopefully the six month time frame is not true.
