If it is the problem, what's the solution? :3

I just unplugged everything, pulled out the cmos battery, and switched the jumper... going to wait 15 minutes then hook it back up and see if that does the trick. Any other suggestions?

Resetting cmos didn't work, going to try another power supply and going to take it out of the case. What happened when I stopped the install?

Alright I'm pretty sure it's the power supply, a friend of mine suggested that was the problem so I went to corsair's website to find a way to check if it was dead. I don't understand why it would start the fans a little then stop them if it's dead though. Oh well, going to RMA it and hope it works.
