No luck

It wont take 300Mhz for some reason - I might leave the AS5 a couple of days to burn in and put some AS5 on the Chipset aswell?

Set your RAM to 2:3 (133) and leave all the options in the RAM setup as they default to.

FSB Bus Frequency: 300
LDT/FSB Frequency Ratio: x 3.0
LDT Bus Width: 16 16
CPU/FSB Frequency Ratio: x 10.0

PCI Express Frequency: 100MHz
K8 Cool n Quiet Support: Disable

CPU VID Startup Value: 1.425V

CPU VID Control: 1.475V
CPU VID Control Special: 110%
LDT Voltage Control: 1.40V
Chipset Voltage Control: 1.70V
DRAM Voltage Control: 2.70V
(what is the deafult voltage of your RAM? Leave it at the default)
DRAM +.03V if its not 3.2V: Disable

Switch your HTT multiplier to 4x. 1100MHz HTT is easy. I got up to 1208 before no problems on my 3700 KACAE.

It's the motherboard that has problems with high HTT, not the CPU.

939 MB are funny, most can do the HTT @ 1080 where the wall is, some others can get above that. Whether it can do it stable is left to the OCer to find.

Have you tried raising your DIMM voltage? Sorry if you have, I dont think I saw it anywhere in this thread though. I know that my RAM, even while on a divider, it either won't boot or OCCT will fail in about two minutes unless I raise the voltage.
