When I had my overclocked i7 930 @ 4.2GHz and the two 580's, I rarely ever saw 700W power draw. I monitor my power usage with a Belkin watt meter and most of the time I hovered in the 600W range. Now, with my 3930K at stock (for now), I rarely ever hit 600W, if that. Keep in mind, all these figures from my watt meter are what's being drawn from the wall, before efficiency is taken into consideration - so really, if you take ~90% of my figures, you'll come up with what my computer actually uses.

Many overestimate their power needs significantly, as the AX850 (for example) would be more than capable of running your entire computer. Suffice it to say, the AX1200 is a really beastly power supply that can easily handle triple, and even quadruple, GPU's with room for some decent overclocking.

For what it's worth though, you're not planning on running all five monitors in Surround are you? I ask because currently Surround only runs on three monitors max.
