I want to get in to watercooling but I want to start off simple by just cooling my cpu with a 240 rad. I found the XSPC rs240 kit which seems to be perfect but out of stock everywhere, is there any other kit similar for around the same price or can you recommend me a list of parts that would be around the same price?

This keyboard is beautiful. Its stylish and very ergonomic. They almost made it perfect if they had of made it with mechanical keys for hardcore gamers. However this was not an over sight for them....

http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/ra750rswakit.html There's the kit in stock. Good site as well.
You could also build yourself a custom set with similar but better performing components (such as the raystorm instead of the rasa, and there are better rads as well).
Hope that helps.

I would go for the raystorm kit, the block is much better, plus it looks cool.

my biggest concern is the cost, I don't want to spend over $150 if it can be avoided

With space concerns, the RS240 might actually be the better choice. An RS240 in push/pull is ~2mm thicker than an RX240 with push only, and performs noticeably better. If the OP can fit an RS240 in push/pull, that would be the way to go instead of an RX240.
