new mobo installed but windows won't boot!!! help!!!

Hey everyone just bought a decent 775 gigabyte mobo and I've installed all the drivers and ide/sata controllers etc.. swapped out the old g31 for the ep45the-ud3lr, checked all connections and tried to boot windows but it passes post then stops at windows loading screen am I going to have to reinstall windows?

Yep reinstall. Make sure you download the latest drivers too.

The only problem is my windows disc is 500km away can I do it with out the cd?
