Thanks!

I don't know where you come from, but in EU
HD 7950 / 305 EUR
GTX 680 / 490EUR

So, GTX 670 at +- 400 EUR will be at least 30-40% more expensive than your 7950.

The HD 7950 is a beast when OC'd. Clock for clock it can compete with 680. Push it to 1100 Mhz and get GTX 680 perf. If u want push for 1200 speeds with extra voltage and get 680 OC performance.

Battlefield 3

BF3 2560 X 1600 Ultra 2X MSAA
HD 7950 (1195 Mhz ) - 54.3 fps

BF3 2560 X 1600 Ultra 2X MSAA
GTX 680 - 49.3 fps

There might be minor improvements to the HD 7950 score given it was benched on patch 1 and 12.2 pre certified drivers.

Crysis 2

Special order. No !@#$, it's cuz they're not released yet. This is all very typical from these lower tier vendors. It's not real till Newegg is listing them.

And yea, if the 670 is true, shrugs all the "other" cards are in for a hurtin' lol.

@Cloudfire777
Are Windforce models or Gigabyte-branded reference models?

EDIT: Sorry, I misread your posts. Question fixed accordingly.

No. I understand the tech industry. I understand specifically that this current gen of cards are mid tier priced as top tier. At the end of the day I can afford to pay for it so it isn't a concern.

The 660Ti wont outperform the 670 but if the 670 to 680 relationship is any indication then I assume it will only be a few percentage points behind.

@tsm: I don`t care about the availbility. Its the price that is interesting right now. And the OC version, cost $100 less than GTX 680 and $80 less than 7970.
