outch!on average 10%+quicker then a 7970!no wonder amd had lowered their price!nvidia is really pushing hard since amd announced they were gona focus on apu instead of end game cpu!it looks like nvidia feel they can push ati(amd)off the end game video card and have the market for themselves(nvidia)!can you believe this amd had a 12 month lead and lost it all !worst now they are trully inferior to nvidia in term of speed .the only check vs nvidia is yield numbers(production is very low).amd wont have an issue supplying the market .nvidia tho might have very big issue just show card!

Hmm, sounds very nice. I might just say wth and just save some money a little bit longer and get a 690, by then they should be in stock somewhere.

This particular one biggrin.gif

These very PLX chips are used by AiBs on high end boards. This is a PCIE 3.0 replicator. This is going to be insane as a card.

If this is priced at $350 I can definitely see myself buying one and then another later on to SLI. Anyone know when the 660ti will be released though?
I want to see what AMD does once the 670 comes out. I would be shocked if they reduced the 7970 to $400 but I doubt that will happen. If things don't get any cheaper or nothing newer comes out by August I may upgrade but not sure.

Yeah I never said that anywhere ever. Good try though. In fact I've never seen a 7970 at 1400mhz.

In fact I've never made a statement about any card or any CPU all hitting a certain OC level. I don't make downz statements.
