First of all, Hi, I'm new to OCN.
I just want to get some thoughts from the component that I choose for my 1st build
I heard from my friend that OCN really good at giving advice tongue.gif

So, here we go.
Here's the list the component that I choose :
Processor : i7 3770k/i 5 3570k
Motherboard : Asus Z77 P8Z77-V PRO
RAM : G.Skill Ares 8GB
GPU : GTX 670/680 (Possibly)
HDD : Western Digital 1TB Caviar Black
SSD : Intel 520 Series 120GB(If I got extra money)
Power Supply : Corsair AX750/Seasonic X660
Case : Corsair 600T White Edition/550D
Heatsink : Noctua NH-U9B SE2
OS : Win7 Ulti

General Purpose :
- For Games (Ex. Battlefield 3, Skyrim, Batman etc)
- Rendering Videos
and other things, LOL

EDIT : I'll be playing on the monitor w/ resolution 1080P

I'm really sorry for my bad english.

You don't have an Operating System listed. Will you be overclocking, because a stock heatsink/fan will not get you very far if you OC. Good luck.

Ah, totally forgot about that.
I'm editing it right now.

the recent reviews shows the 670 GTX just behind the 680 GTX making that 670 GTX looking very nice.
I like the heatsink, just make sure it wont block your RAM. should be ok.

the build looks good, and future proof. it will handle all of the games right now for the most part, and you won't have to upgrade for a while. the power supplies are good, and so is the case. The caviar black is pointless when you can get a caviar blue for a lot cheaper (but if you got the money i ain't stopping you). the cpu tends to run hot, but the cooler is good. it seems to be an overall good build, and i wanna see a build log thumb.gif

Ares has a low profile heatsink, it should be okay. (probably)

Yeah, I know. I've been eyeeing to pick some sandy, but I think it's best to go with the new technology
Well, for storage probably I'll be needing caviar black, since there's no way a 120GB ssd can possibly store a lot of games tongue.gif.
Still confuse to pick the power supply, since It's pointless to pick 750w psu, when I'm only using around 400/300w.
I'll make the build log as soon I get the component smile.gif
