VMware 8.0.3 & Ubuntu 12.04

Thread Starter
Currently I am having problems launching VMware 8.0.3, this only started after upgrading to 12.04:

VMware terminal log:
http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=K22r0bcd

Installing Headers:
http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=0D7Cr0ps

Vmware Modconfig log:
http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=5FMm3d8B

Vmware Apploader:
http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=aQn7GVS5

When I attempt to launch VMware, it says several modules must be compiled and loaded into the kernel. I click Install and input my password. Then it attempts to compile the Virtual Machine Monitor, Virtual Network Device (which fails), VMWare Blocking Filesystem, Virtual Machine Communication Interface, and VMCI Sockets. It then attempts to start the service, but fails, I assume because it fails compiling the Virtual network Device.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Nevermind, found this:
