Naga Hex key binding issue

Thread Starter
Hey!

So I got the Naga Hex up and running. Unfortunaly the side buttons seem to change key bindings when ever they want...
Like normally the buttons would be N1,N2, N3 etc, but suddenly they change so when I press N1 nothing happens. This is bcuz the buttons change to another binding or something. So I have to re bind every key when this happens...
Anyone know how to fix this retardly bad mice?

Thx

Did you ever resolve this problem?

Does this happen in all your games?

I'm really thinking of getting this HEX because the side buttons look like they would be perfect for BF3.

No I havent. I also traded the HEX back for the Naga.
I dont really see the point of the HEX when I use it. Its better to just buy the Naga and only use 6 buttons. It will be easier to use aswell duo the better button layout on the Naga.

Okay. Thanks. Did some Googling and it seems that Hex has a few issues after firmware updates that basically brick it. From what I read tech support was basically zero to the guys with the problem.

Probably just get another R.A.T 3.
