Need Help to build Intel Gaming Computer - Budget = £1500

First off, make sure you get more replies by just typing out what you're thinking of buying. No one wants to open a million tabs to just see what you're thinking of buying.

Second. All your component choices are excessive. Is this PC mainly for gaming? No video/photo work?

Suggestions:

2500K
8GB RAM
850W PSU if you intend to SLi/CF else 650W is plenty.
That mobo is decent but you could probably make do with one lower down the product line.
Case? I don't see one listed.
SSD?
680 or 7970 with that budget.
Cooler wise I'd opt for a decent air cooler rather than waste money on a closed loop liquid cooler. Else go full custom water cooling.

EDIT: Also use Scan, Ebuyer and Aria rather than Amazon

Everything you got there looks nice , just add a SSD to the mix and you have yourself a great machine.
120 GB should suffice .......... with that PSU you can easily add another 7970 down the road.
If i was really picky I'd say get 3770k and 7200 RPM drive but that's about it.
