I usually use prime95 for 12-24 hours to be certain on stability after I've tweaked everything to a point I think it should be fine. I usually use IBT just to give me an idea if it's stable after 20 passes or so at high memory usage. It turns out though that it wasn't stable as it crashed overnight in prime95, I've got it at 1.4v and it crashed again so I'm figuring I'm gonna have to mess with the other voltages a bit more once I get home from work today.
