It was clearly his mistake. I saw it on display at a stall in a computer market full of about 100 customers. I asked him where did that come from and he said he's had them for weeks. Straight away I thought he was confused with the 680 and I told him that I haven't even read about that card yet and I researched cards yesterday. He assured me he's had them for weeks. So I did a quick google, saw the price was fair, asked him how many he had and after offering $10 less, my friend and I bought both that he had.
