I wouldn't really bother with reflashing bios since your voltage is still pretty safe. It's just not worth the hassle imo, especially if there's a chance it might mess up your raid.

could be normal degradation, or could be the bios needs to be reset, bios' tend to do that every now and then.
i wouldnt mind trying my 4.8 OC @ 1.33 volts to see if its still stable lol

I'm pretty sure your chip isn't degraded. You haven't had it running long enough, or at high enough voltages to degrade the chip. You're having some other issue. Memory, system files, bios, etc.
