The Menace Phantom - Fluid change time - Page 8

I've been following you smile.gif just had or baby on Tuesday so I haven't had much time to post anywhere.

That totally sucks about you're frozencpu order. I've orders several times from them, and while their shipping was slow I have never, not received my order. Almost a month and the tracking hasn't updated? Why haven't they reshipped your order, or at very least find where the package is. That's just purely ridiculous. I would email them 2-3 times a day until they provide some answers.

I'm very glad the bracket got to you in good shape at least.

Congratulations! And thanks again for the bracket. I'm pretty pissed about the frozencpu stuff, especially since I got this, which was shipped two weeks later.....from the friggin UK AND IT STILL GOT HERE FASTER!

It's insane and I will not deal with them again. Now its time to email them again mad.gif

Did you use Paypal when you paid? If so start a claim with them asap, if you used a credit card and not a bank card, have them do a charge back from frozencpu. That literally sucks. You could go on their Facebook page and post your issues and reel everyone they gave now stopped responding to your emails.

I used paypal, I was hoping not to do this, but it seems time to open a case against them.

That's definitely your best bet at this point. Once they stop cooperating, it's pretty certain they are not going to do anything else to help you out.

One more word of advice. No matter what frozencpu says, even if they say they are going to ship out a new order to you. DO NOT close the paypal claim! Once you close it, you can not open another claim against them, and then you'll really be screwed.

Well I opened a paypal disbute about a week ago and frozencpu said they are awaiting word from the shipping company. This is insane. I'm so mad frown.gifmad.gif

Edit: Upgraded to paypal claim due to frozencpus unwillingness to render any assistance. Honestly I'm fed up with this company. They won't even respond to my emails. I still can't beleive that I received my Mayhems dye from the UK and still havnt gotten anything from frozencpu.

MAJOR UPDATE!
Well I finally got my package from frozencpu (7 weeks later) I finished installing and leak testing my system and so far its booting just fine @ 4.4ghz so in the next few days i'll be pushing my chip as far as it can go!

Here's some cell phone shots of the stuff I received.

Okay so I got home and finished cutting out the top of my case to fit Kaged's bracket.

They arnt the best cuts ever, but these pics are from before I cleaned it up so cut me some slack.

Then I started test fitting the rad and fans. (this was before I realized you can't mount the fans on top without some modding, so I moved them to the bottom)

It's almost 2am here and I can't do anything else so I'll get started again tomorrow and finish OC'ing. She's currently running at 4.4ghz @ 1.28v and never went over 60 in prime (only a 30min blend)
