New fans on my H100

I just got an H100 but I want to replace the fans it came with for some PWM's. I was looking at:

Noiseblocker NB Multiframe
http://www.frozencpu.com/products/8402/fan-519/Noiseblocker_NB-Multiframe_M12-P_120mmx25mm_Ultra_Silent_PWM_Fan_-_1000-2000_RPM_-_12-29_dBA.html?tl=g36c365s936

or

Scythe Slipstream
http://www.frozencpu.com/products/10026/fan-639/Scythe_Slip_Stream_120mm_x_25mm_PWM_Mid_Speed_Fan_-_SY1225SL12LM-P.html?tl=g36c365s936

Since the Noiseblockers cost a lot more I was wondering if they're worth the jump in price or not as I'll need 4 for a push pull configuration.

Thanks Guys!

Go for gentle typhoons. They cost less than those noise blockers and are fantastic fans with good static pressure.

The Scythe is real good but I would go with these the air flow is incredible and they don't make allot of noise.

Are the gentle typhoons PWM? I have some 1850 rpm typhoons but I couldn't use them

Why?
GT's @ full rpm's aren't loud, just plug them to the MB or to a molex

Are the noiseblockers worth the extra cash?

What do you mean you couldn't use the AP-15s?

The H100 block can work with most fans as the block itself varies voltage based on settings on the block. If you notice the stock Corsair fans are not PWM either.

The AP-15s should undervolt pretty well.

To be honest I'm not using my ap-15s because the cables aren't sleeved and look terrible. I also didn't notice any change when I pressed the button on the block of the h100.
