C300 speeds

Hello, Can anyone tell me if these speeds for my c300 look fine? I was looking at the AS SSD Thread and saw people running the same ssd as mine and their write speeds were faster.. there overall score were in the 700s and mine are usually in the 600s. I am running sata 3 on the intel controller and not the blue marvel controller. Here is a screenshot of my as ssd benchmark. thanks

The write speeds on the c300's vary depending on the size of the drive you have. Are you sure you weren't looking at a 256gb drive's bench?
Yours is a tad low, marketed speed is 140 on the writes.

Also how full is it. My 64gb c300 recently was almost full and the writes speeds dropped in the 30's when they should be about 70.

Hey lightsout, thanks for the reply.. I have the 128gb version and actually not even sure which i was looking at in the thread but i came across something kinda of interesting.. recently ive been trying to use the offset voltage control for my overclock and ive read that i should keep c3 and c6 states enabled because it causes issues with ssd drives especially sata 3.. so i decided to keep them on.. however i just turned them off and ran the test again.. My scores improved greatly. Do you know if its safe to just keep them off? or are there any side effects from keeping them off? Here are my scores with c3 and c6 states off.
