Got me the Sabertooth 990fx as well. It's a beast, and looks like a tank at that. Only thing I'm wishing I had on it right now are more fan connectors, though it already has 5 or so biggrin.gif

sounds like you need a fan controller

How did you get it up to over 6G???? What are you suing for cooling? Prime crashes mine at 4.7!!

I've had both boards..(had to RMA CH5 for 2 dead RAM slots) I'd pick the CH5..couple of extra features..like..Reset CMOS button yessir.gif Whereas the Sabertooth has Ye Olde Jumper.
idk what's up with all that extra stuff..It's stuffed in a box somewhere headscratch.gif

sabertooth 2.0 has a clear cmos button on the back...either board is good i think.

I didn't realize there was a rev 2.
Are there any major advantages to it? Feel like I should have bought it instead.

Just noticed that Amazon has knocked £20 off the price of the rev 1. The day after I ordered mine!
It's going back and I will get the rev 2. It's a matter of principle now.
