That looks like some good results, but, just like Limbo the name of the game is how low can you go? I't can't hurt to see how much voltage you can take off

Also, what cooler/motherboard are you using?

Cheers

One more question...what about the cpu pll voltage. mine is at 1.8, should it be lower?
My 3770k would pass 50 passes of IBT on Maximum, but was failing Prime95 blend in under an hour even after a .02v increase. I needed a .03v increase to pass 12 hours of Prime95. I'm not saying IBT is bad, but I would use it after Prime95 blend. It's smart to use both in my opinion. Blend takes roughly 10 hours to complete it's full loop and test all FFT lengths, which is why many suggest running it 12 hours just to make sure. You can be 100% stable until a certain FFT length, then crash immediately on a different length.

Keep the processor under 90C during IBT and 8k FFTs in Prime95, and you will be fine. It won't go above 70C in games with those temps. Remember Prime95's blend starts out with a larger FFT sample resulting in temps that are not very high, then after that passes it runs a 8k FFT which is the hottest Prime95 will ever get your processor. Run a custom 8k FFT test or IBT if you really want to see your maximum temps.

You should be able to set it to 1.5v, in rare cases some needed 1.55v or 1.6v... definitely not the default of 1.8v though. Maybe if you got a golden chip are are seeing 4.9GHz - 5GHz you might need more. Most people are getting 4.6GHz-4.8Ghz though.

All other voltage you can leave on Auto, minus vcore obviously.

Also IBT is really useless, but do whatever you want.

IBT is far from Useless! I much prefer it to prime. I get higher temps using it and also can set it to run for a lengthy period!

I have had systems run for 12 hrs with prime and fail in 10 minutes with IBT!

There is no such thing as absolute stability. Test as long as you feel comfortable. You can stresstest for weeks and still crash in the latest games.

Everybody's Idea of stability is subjective!

The same can be said for vice versa, depending on what the problem is. You really should Pass 12 hours of Prime95, as well as 20-50 passes of IBT if you really want to be 100% stable. I've had builds that fail one and not the other, and on this build Prime95 was failing in about 30 minutes when IBT was perfectly stable. Linpack does not test all scenarios, but it has it's uses.

Nothing tests for everything!

If the computer does what you want it to do in programs and gaming without crashing, it is stable.

Thanks Murlocke, just reset pll to 1.5v and starting the stress tests.
