Hi there,
having looked around these forums, Samsung 30 nm RAM seems to be very popular, however it seems that the 20nm varient was put into mass production around the end of september last year. Given roughly 6 months worth of production and this page here, http://www.samsung.com/global/business/semiconductor/minisite/Greenmemory/Products/DDR3/DDR3_Lineup.html#prodMajorAppB (right down the bottom in the Availability Schedule By Application tab) does anyone know when these will be shipping? also would it be worth waiting for them over the 30nm modules?
Also, does anyone know where to buy the 30nm modules in Australia, either retail or wholesale as i can't seem to find it on their website.
Cheers
Zane
