Can Somebody Diagnose This?

I've been getting those cursed 124 BSODs for a while now and I the only thing I could think of was to increase Vcore. Well after that I've decidedd its time to create a thread about this. Blue Screen View points every crash related to two files. hal.dll+12a3b and ntoskrnl.exe
Here is my DMP file.

No I haven't why?

EDIT: 273 Events. Most recent say VSS. There are tons of Kernel-Event Tracing ones.

That's different. All you need to do for that one is add more QPI/VTT voltage.

Funny, I'm running +0.030 offset, and if I set it higher I'll end up crashing sooner.
