will a 157 w psu power a geforce 440mx an aopen ax45f-4d 512mb of ddr and a celeron northwood 2.8?will it be overclockable?

Uhmm i dont know that Much but 157 is a bit Low i think! i have a 400W

Probably not. And please don't bump your thread so frequently. Once a day is good. I would go with at least a 350W.
