Hey Juggalo! I read your post and good **** man! I take it your the guru. Is there a build you can make using that reservoir? I know it's kind of newbish building around a reservoir but it would go great with my build idea. Also is the Switch 810 a good case for WC and are there any rads that are 140mm compatible or only 120?

I'm using the regular RX360 kit and it's pretty good. Idle temps are 28c-30c and load temps are about 50c running benches. (Gaming never sees over 40 really.)
This kit has the better performing raystorm block, D5 pump and compression fittings. I would really recommend this to anyone.

The only thing is, I would get this and upgrade the tubing to Primochill LRT on the spot.

Otherwise, I would recommend something like:
DT 5NOZ block/EK Supreme HF
Swiftech MCP655 variable with EK top.
That liquid fusion Res you really want rolleyes.gif
RX360 with 6 x ap15'S.
A fan controller of your choice
Primochill LRT 1/2 3/4 tubing
Compression / Barbs (I really recommend at least 3 x 90 degree fittings for this combo in a switch 810, I have it and the routing from radiator to cpu block to res is so clean!)

But DEFINITELY keep reading, watching videos, etc. The guys around here are so damn helpful! thumb.gif

The Switch 810 is great for water cooling. You can fit up to a 420mm radiator up top and a 240 in the bottom easily with fans in push/pull. I personally like the XSPC EX radiators. They come in sizes to fit either 120 or 140mm fans with no problems. If you want to fit a 420 radiator in the top of the Switch, most radiators require a small drilling mod, with the exception of the Black Ice GT 420 radiators.

Edit: I can definitely recommend the DT 5Noz water block. Very low restriction and great temps. The MCP655 (D5) pump and EK pump top are really great as well.

I can tell you that the Swiftech MCP655 is very far from garbage. It's actually one of the most highly recommended pumps around here. Either FrozenCPU or Performance-PCs would have most, if not all of these parts. You won't be able to get the DT 5Noz from either if you're interested in getting that water block, you'll have to order from the DT Water Block store or from Mayhem's for that.

I currently have the Scythe Kaze Master Pro for my fan control and temp reader. This plus a DVD drive so that is 2 5.25" slots down.
The double wide res I want will take another 5.25" so does that still leave room for a 420 rad? I also so far have 4 140mm Aerocool Sharks which I think are great. Not very loud and they push like 87 CFM! drool.gif So any ideas? Or is there a better case that might accommodate my build better? Posted in first part of thread btw. Later I plan on getting another 7970 to crossfire and probably will WC them too.

For the price I really think the Switch 810 is the best for water cooling. The fan controller will fit in the top stealth bay, even with a 420 radiator with no problems. I'm currently running a Scythe Q12 in the stealth bay with a 420 radiator and haven't had a single issue. If you want a 420 rad and don't want to do any drilling, I recommend the Black Ice GT Stealth 420. Due to the 20mm hole spacing on that rad, you won't have to drill any holes. The Switch does have 4 5.25" bays if you remove the hotswap bay so it would work for your setup.

If you were willing to spend a bit more, CaseLabs makes some pretty amazing water cooling cases. I could recommend any of their cases any day.

Yeah I dont have any tools for drilling and I just heard of CaseLabs. Underground mainstream case builders. Read about their bio, pretty rad stuff. (No pun intended.)
