firefox restarts @ default

Thread Starter 
so, I am loading firefox, and ALL of my bookmarks are gone! Whenever I reload the browser, any changes I made before (add a bookmark, move an Icon) are gone and i have the default screen, but with all of my plugins reset HELP!

I believe there is a setting that clears all user data when fire fox is closed uncheck the box. It's under tools options.
~~edit~~ it's under security download history settings
try that it may be the prob

dats only to erase history cookies dowenloaded files and other info like dat it wouldnt erase bookmarks or plugins

If you are using the new 2.0 version, there has been some problems with that. I would go back to the good old 1.x version. I think they are at 2.6 now.
