The ones who just nuke the whole enemy team are just kids with too much cash probably that allow them to get their accounts banned.
I remember watching a video of a very strong israeli clan agains another one.
The other (And much weaker) team had an hacker playing, you can clearly see how he start shooting even before the enemy peaking and kills him in a sec.
