I see a lot of horror stories in the PCBank thread. The one with the least amount of problems appears to be the Yamakasi Catleap. I got one and it's perfect (zero dead pixels and no backlight issues). Good luck.

Truth is there's horror stories across all of the favorites, ranging from the monitor themselves to how they were shipped. I scoured everywhere to see if there was a general consensus on which to avoid or go with, and outside of ascetics/stands, there really was no decision on one such thing.

That being said, I hope there aren't alot of horror stories I missed about the PCBank monitor, I already ordered mine.

Yeah most horror stories seem to be shipping damage.
