This is my fan recommendation.

The reason I'm so impressed by these is there is ZERO bearing noise. Absolutely 100% silent at low-mid RPMs because of the bearing. (Their blade design gives very high static pressure also.) I have used all other bearing types and I've never found any to be completely silent like these. If you don't want the LEDs, just cut the wires.

More manufactures need to start using this bearing.

I've been running the H60 for about 6 months now and I'm pretty happy with it. You'll see all kinds of opinions on these closed loop systems, but for me it was the right product as I couldn't fit a huge cooler. I don't have any issues with noise on these things. I think it comes down to what fans you use.
