1, They said "molest" the memory directly! Someone has a warped sense of humor like one of us

2, the MTP acts like drag'n drop for windows. This should actually be better than direct mounting if you can use it on both devices at the same time. Mounting the USB has been an issue with Android. Sorry Linux, you get the Mac tonight. No MTP soup for you.
The one X also has no external memory or battery. That is the trade off for being very thin. I worry about the battery only a little bit but I have 16 gigs in my Sensation so lack of memory is not an issue.
